We drove up the winding mountain road as the sun broke through the cloud and dawn began to rise in the east. We were really excited to be taking Bethany and Dave’s engagement photographs surrounded by spectacular landscapes deep in the Pyrenees mountains in Ariège in the south of France. It’s those true moments we love the most when it comes to photographing couples, the moments they look into each other’s eyes and time seems to stand still, and as the epic views stretched out in front of us and they held each other tight, we were all beaming happily.
